This is a plastic, carbon fiber infused 3d printed replacement disk (3) for the Bowflex Selecttech 552 series 2.

When you take the dumbbell off the base and when you put it back on the base, make sure the dumbbell is set to 5 on both sides. Press the little button down on each side of the dumbbell to move the selector manually when the dumbbell is off the base, in order to move the dumbbell back to 5 before putting it back on the base and in the weights.
