Antique Victorian Boots Ladies High-Top Side Button Up 8 Straps Heeled Shoes VTG

Antique, Victorian / Edwardian era women's boots.  Circa 1900.

Off-white in color.  These have a lot of what I'm assuming is shoe polish on them, and it wasn't applied very well or evenly.

Strappy high-tops!  Eight straps across each, which button at the outsides.

Stamped on the insides of each are the numbers 36-00 44904.  The right shoe also has "McNichol" written in faded red / pink ink.

Unknown modern size equivalent, but they measure approximately 9.25" in length and 2-7/8" at the widest.

Pre-owned, antique.  Terrible application of the shoe polish.  Other condition issues include discoloration, cuts in the leather, frays, wear to the soles, etc.  No missing buttons.

I acquired these from a museum of Victorian fashion in Tombstone, Arizona when the owner closed the museum for his retirement.
