This Cheer Bear Care Bear the 20th anniversary edition. It has the bum tag and the hang tags. The to and from spots on the hang tag are still blank but the hang tag has some creasing. Inside the tag reads, Cheer Bear is generally the first Care Bear to appear when someone is not feeling well or whenever things go wrong for whatever reason. Always an optimist. Cheer Bear approaches each day with a smile and a good word. Cheer Bear's rainbow tummy symbol is a symbol of hope and a reminder that even bad times can bring something beautiful. This is also in French. The plastic heart on the bum has some slight wear on the wording.
