Made from tender Australian ginger, it's peeled, diced into 1/4" pieces, and preserved using the traditional sugar cure method. This process gives the ginger a delightful spicy-sweet flavor, with virtually no fiber. Perfect for baking, candy-making, or adding a kick to dishes like teriyaki, tuna or chicken salad, and sweet and sour marinades.
