Good Preowned Condition - The previous owner did punch holes in the edge and put bread ties to hold it together.  It has been gently used over the years.  Some light pencil marks and lightly used pages.  A great vintage book with all pages still present and very legible.  See photos for a better idea of condition.  This book contains some beautiful classic patterns.
