The 1980's was an incredible decade for Australian touring car racing and, on this Seven Sport's Magic Moments of Motorsport DVD release, we take a look at some fabulous Group C touring car racing from the period. First up is the 1982 CRC Chemicals 300 endurance race from Amaroo Park, won by the Mazda RX-7 of 1980 Formula 1 World Champion Alan Jones and Sydney ace Barry Jones. This race was salvaged from tapes thought to be irretrievable, but our hard-working archive team have managed to save a real racing gem and we have included it on this DVD for you to enjoy.
