NUMEX Joe E Parker Chile Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is an ideal pepper for stuffing, roasting or canning. Named after a graduate of NMSU's College of Agriculture and Home Economics, this Anaheim type will produce 6"-8" long chiles by 1.8" wide and will give off mild heat with a SHU of 1500-3000. Very similar to the New Mexico 6-4, but more preferable due to its higher yields and stronger walls. Excellent for chiles rellenos
