Vintage Asian Abalone Mother of Pearl and Lacquered Wooden Octagonal Lidded Box.

Beautiful mother of pearl inlay with birds and bamboo tree design on the lid.

Wooden box has 5 removable sections.  Box may be known as a serving plate or bento box but can be used for storing jewelry or other treasures and trinkets.

Measures approx. 10.5" x 10.5" x 2”.

In very good condition.  Appears unused with original cardboard protectors between the removable sections.  There are some minor light scratches and scuffs in places from handling/storage.  Please see pictures for more details.
