Direction:
As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 teaspoon once or twice a day between meals (avoid on full stomach) with a small amount of water (1 tablespoon). For better assimilation and taste, mix 1/3 teaspoon of royal jelly with 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Never mix with anything hot.
