With a stomach sensitive to alcohol, we recommend using it as a tea instead of making a tincture.
Method of use as Tibetan tea

In the evening pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture with 500 ml of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and wait for it to cool (it should not be hot). Pour half of the liquid into a tea cup /200 ml/ and dissolve 1 teaspoon of honey in it (if your health allows you to use sweets). Drink it. After that, you should not eat or drink liquids. The procedure is done before sleeping at night.

Store the other half of the liquid in the refrigerator. In the morning, slightly warm the rest of the herbal tea to room temperature, dissolve in it 1 teaspoon of honey (optional) and drink 15-20 minutes before breakfast. In the evening, repeat the procedure and continue until all the herbal mixture is used up.

Consider at least 240 grams of tea, which will last you about a month. For 40 days to 2 months of use, it is good to provide 360-480 grams of tea.
Method of use as Tibetan drops of life

100 g of fresh garlic is cleaned and crushed in a wooden mortar. In a glass container, pour 100 g of herbs, together with crushed garlic, with 600 ml of homemade brandy or other alcohol (maybe with 60 degree alcohol from the pharmacy). It closes nicely. Place in the dark for 10 days, shaking every day. The mixture is then strained and squeezed well with cheesecloth, pressing well. Store in the dark, preferably in the refrigerator.
It is drunk 10-15 minutes before a meal in 50 ml of cold milk or water according to the scheme:

1st day: breakfast - 1 drop; noon - 2 drops; dinner - 3 drops
2nd day: breakfast - 4 drops; noon – 5; dinner - 6
3rd day: breakfast - 7 drops; noon – 8; dinner - 9
4th day: breakfast - 10 drops; noon – 11; dinner – 12
5th day: breakfast – 13 drops; noon – 14; dinner – 15
6th day: breakfast – 15 drops; noon – 14; dinner – 13
7th day: breakfast – 12 drops; noon – 11; dinner - 10
8th day: breakfast – 9; noon – 8; dinner - 7
9th day: breakfast – 6; noon – 5; dinner - 4
10th day: breakfast – 3; lunch – 2; dinner - 1
11th day: breakfast – 25; noon – 25; dinner - 25 drops
Continue until the drops are finished.
Composition of Tibetan tea

Chamomile stem, St. John's wort flower, Immortelle (yellow smil) flower, birch leaf, strawberry forest leaf, garlic.
