ROSE MALLOW or Tree Mallow (Lavatera Trimestris Mix) - This is a heavy blooming annual that grows fast from seed and blooms from early summer into late fall. Extra-large 4 - 5" flowers in a mix of colors: white, pink and rose. The plant gets about 36" tall and about 18"wide with large heart shaped leaves. The mature plant is shrub-like. If your winters don't get below 20F your mallow plants may survive the winter and pick up where they left off in spring. Rose Mallow is pretty much carefree after established. Hummingbirds, butterflies and bees love Rose Mallow Blooms. It's best to plant the seeds directly into the garden. Mallow seedlings don't transplant very well. 100+seeds per order.
