This is a brand new assembly line left-over tailgate handle with camera hole. GM part number 84016231. Research appears to indicate it is also interchangeable with numbers 23128692, 23448681 and 23457650.
It does not include the camera itself. Only what you see in the pictures. The mounting screws are not included. You will reuse yours.
