Delfannies passed on from the Fort Collins restaurant scene in 1995. The restaurant previously greeted customers at the main entrance old Foothills Fashion Mall. Delfannies moved to its mall spot in 1983 from its original location at the adjacent Square. The restaurant was run by Florida natives and longtime restaurateurs Del and Robin Leblanc — the joke was she worked Del's fanny off. Delfannies had separate breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. French onion and matzo ball soups were some of the restaurant's signature items. .
