Colors: White, Blue, Gold
Encrusted Gold Laurel with a thin blue band below it, followed below with gold emblems and a gold line below. 

Sugar Bowl in Very Good Condition. Crazing line on lid. Minimal if any scratches noticed. No chips or cracks noticed.
Creamer in Good Condition. There are two scratches noticed. One towards the right side of the pour spout and one tiny scratch directly above handle on gold/blue band. See photos for more detail.
