The White House Facsimile Signature Card for former First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy, wife of assassinated President John F Kennedy. The card measures approx 3 7/8" x 2 1/2" & has a facsimile signature of Jacqueline Kennedy pre-printed on the front. In the upper right hand corner, printed in blue block letters is "The White House Washington". Card edges are mostly still sharp, but may have small "scuffs on some of the corners & there is a dirt spot by the "Y" in Kennedy. The back of the card has "FACSIMILE" typed in the bottom right hand corner. The back of the card is in poor condition with numerous spots of tape residue Please see photos for condition.
