Lovely design with violets, daisies and gold trim from a local collectors estate...Impressed into the porcelain are scrolling designs...Marked on the bottom H & C L France Haviland & Co Limoges...Lid marked Haviland Limoges...According to the Haviland Limoges Marks Site, this marking dates this to 1888-1896. The teapot is 8 3/4" tall and 6 1/2" wide...The points of gold paint here and there was part of the original design..not to be considered paint loss. 


Condition: There is damage on the underside of the lid to the catch/stopper...it has been partially chipped/broken off...I see no damage or repair to the rest of the piece...Just stunning and exceptional in person.
