Supply echelons issued these to all Special Ops as a priority then general issue to all others, the base layer gave combat maneuverability to Seals, Delta. Rangers, SF, and Recon, most received the polypro which was bulky and thick, the LWCWUS gave paratroopers the ability to have a better movement in the jump procedures, the zipper gave paratroopers ventilation on after missions when marching from point A to point B.
