Vintage MURANO Style Hand Blown Art Glass Cranberry & White Spatter Cased in Clear 11.75" Footed Urn Vase

It is UNMARKED.


It cranberry pink flared top, with a sprinkling of white spatter, turning to a clear, with white spatter body, and a clear foot.


Spatter glass, also known as splatter glass, end-of-day glass or splashed glass, is a technique that has been used for several centuries and dates right back to the Romans. 


The style of vase is often associated with Italian Murano Glass, or Fenton Glass. However, the manufacturer/origin of this piece is unknown. It is vintage, and will date back to at least the late 1980s.


EXCELLENT CONDITION ~ No nicks, chips, cracks, flea bites, or damage.


Measures approx. 11.75" H x 5 3/4"across the ruffled rim.

Weighs 3.5 lbs prior to packaging.
