Good Preowned Condition - No Chips - No Cracks - No Crazing.  This is a beautiful piece with one very minor defect.  The gold ball on Santa's hat has a tiny bit of gold missing which can easily be fixed.  There is no hanger on the back, but the holes are there to run a wire through for hanging purposes.
