Bulb can accessed from the open top. Recommended bulb will be any standard 25 watt LED screw clear bulb. 

Measures approx.  12.8" tall. The body is 4.0" and the base is 4.9" diameter. It comes with on/off switch and a European plug (US users can use plug adapter for less than one dollar).
