Vintage 2-piece butter melter.

The top piece is for the butter and has a handle and spout.  "BUTTER" is printed in the bottom.  Measures approximately 5" end to end and 3.5" wide.

The bottom piece is for hot water and has a handle.  "HOT WATER" is printed in the bottom.  The front is decorated with green leaves and pink apples (or cherries?).

Ceramic / pottery.

Pre-owned.  There is a chip in the paint of the spout.
