For your consideration is a vintage Simplicity pattern 5366 from 2003.   This makes Boys or Mens shirt and vest.  Marked size S/L and S-XL.  The pattern is in good condition, and the jacket shows signs of storage over the many years.  It has been partial cut to large for boys and XL for men, but complete.
