This is the sequel to the first Grab Sets DVD by Sifu Raymond Crow. In this DVD, he teaches Grab Sets 13-24 and how to execute them. Designed from his background in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Indonesian Silat and MMA. They allow you to develop offensive or defensive sensitivity by flowing from any of the grab positions to Hubud-Lubud, Chi-Sao, Pushing Hands, Sambutans or Grappling. 37 minutes.

Coach Crow was the Assistant Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist for the Dallas Cowboys from 1982 to 1989. He has trained numerous NFL players including those on the Rams, Seahawks and Patriots. He was instrumental in training the famous Cowboys "Doomsday Defensive Line" (Randy White, Harvey Martin, Ed "Too Tall" Jones and John Dutton) and continues to train players around the nation in his Sports Science concepts of Martial Arts techniques. His energy and sensitivity drills, footwork, and other applications have trained defensive and offensive linemen in the effective use of  hands and feet in contact sports.

With fragrances the returns are a little different.  Any fragrance that is less than 1/3 used can be returned for any reason within 30 days  --this offer does not apply to soaps and body creams.   If any fragrances, soaps, and creams are defective:  package broken, out of date use period, etc, then you will receive a pre-paid return label and return for full refund or free reorder of any product of equal value on our store.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
