Vintage DUTCH Windmill Milk Glass Delft Style Liquor Bottle Jug Decanter Beam's Choice

Very cool, vintage milky glass liquor decanter.
Has images of antique ships and an embossed Dutch windmill on the back.
I was told this is a Beam's Choice bottle, but I see no markings to indicate a brand.
Has a small mark on the front, see last photo.
Measures 13" x 4.5" x 3".
A very cool find!
