it measures 18” Long. Shoulder to shoulder it’s about 12 1/2 inches.

There is no tag it possibly is handmade. It’s fully lined. There is a very small mark near the second button. I believe it’s from the 1960s.

I’m not sure about the size that’s why I included measurement. I am thinking, possibly for a little girl between the ages of 5 and 7.

I believe it’s wool, but I’m not sure
