This is a Vintage 1977 McDonald's Characters "Ronald McDonald Was Watering  May Flowers ... But Mayor McCHEESE Gets Some Cold April Showers" PLASTIC Collector's Plate. Made for McDonald's in 1977. It is about 10 inches round and  is in great used condition. It has minor wear from use, but nothing major.  No cracks or stains. Nice display piece. Made in the USA by LEXIGNTON.
