This is a rare vintage 1942 US Army II Corps (2nd Corps) + 5th Armored Division Patched "Regulation Army Officer's Shirt" in size 15/33 - likely from an officer employed in North Africa and Sicily starting in November of 1942.

An excellent specimen of the time shortly before the US Army faltered and General George Patton was sent to reoganize the Corps and get them back into their eventual winning position in the war.

The shirt is an original period item, and is perfect for collectors and enthusiasts of WW II memorabilia. It's in excellent condition with highly collectible patches, including a rare 5th Armored Division patch, plus a II Corps patch.
