Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any used earphones unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only contact us if you meet one of the following criteria:
•Received damaged items(please upload a valid picture with the correct item)
Return request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.
Haven't receieved your item?
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as it may be there awaiting your collection. It is recommended you take proof of ID with your name and address clearly labelled with you to your local sorting office. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us through "Ask a question".
