This photo print shows the Earthrise or the Earth rising over the lunar landscape of the moon in black and white. The original image was taken on December 24, 1968 when the Apollo 8 spacecraft became the first crewed mission – Astronauts Frank Borman, Bill Anders and Jim Lovell – to orbit the Moon.
