They have been scientifically proven to increase pedal force, improving knee pattern, prolonging peak muscular output, and reducing an athletes recovery time. 

They support the foot dynamically in order to prevent over-stress situations and also to strengthen the foot muscles and tendons at the same time for those with excessive pronation or supination. 

They feature a DryTek top cover that helps wick moisture away, Freeflex, a mid-level memory foam that is constructed with bamboo charcoal to reduce foot odor, CurEVA, an EVA foam rubber compound that is designed to mold to your heel and reduce excess motion within your shoes, and a poron heel and metatarsal pad that helps provide additional cushion from impact and shock absorption. 

They also feature Sensor Gels that are located beneath the heel minimizing damaging shocks at impact and beneath the big toe to optimize the propulsive phase of your gait. (By stimulating the muscle 'flexor hallucis longus' it encourages the foot to move into windlass earlier).

The smaller lighter shipments will be USPS First Class or FedEx Smartpost w/ Tracking 


Something with higher value or meets the USPS criteria will be Priority USPS w/ Tracking 


Larger items will be FedEx Ground w/ Tracking 




Returns

Requesting a Replacement
During the Return Merchandise Authorization, you can request a replacement for the same item if it arrives damaged. At this time, exchanges for different items are not possible, but you are welcome to place a new order from our store

Requesting a Refund
If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax will be credited. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment. We cannot issue a refund to gift recipients; however, you may request a replacement if the item is damaged.

Processing Your Return
Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at the warehouse. You will receive notification via Messages confirming that your return has been received and processed. You can also log into your My Account to confirm whether your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Undeliverable Shipments
When packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or messages to obtain a different shipping address to re-ship the order. If you are concerned that there may be an issue with delivery of your order, send us a message to our Customer Service

Canceling or Changing an Order
Once an order has been submitted, you must send our Customer Service a message to attempt to cancel or change it. We are unable honor customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process with the exception of remaining items in a partially shipped order.
