New but an open box. Since it is an open box I can't account for all of the pieces. Please look at the photos closely. Everything looks complete to me and unused. Bag 4 only has 2 led strips and one wiring cable, I suspect that at least one cable might be missing.
This seems like a really cool item. I like to do puzzles but many like to do Legos. What a neat way to bring your Legos to life. Since this is for Lego's you could clearly use them for other kits or a creation of your own.
Pricing pretty low considering what they want for it. It might be totally complete too, I just cant say for sure. I'm willing to bet it's close if not complete. Thanks for looking!
