This came from a store that deals with Amazon returns. Unfortunately it does not come with the bracket, hence the price. I would call the condition like new but there are surface scuffs on the top. Nothing major but I feel obligated to mention. Hopefully you can use this, thanks for looking. Might be great for a camper or anyplace where you need an easy to use seat providing you can make a bracket.
