There is a 5/16" tear at the front mis-upper right edge -- plus a missing 1/4" X 9/32" chunk at the front lower left corner -- plus sticker residue & inked rubber stamping on the front cover -- plus considerable wear & chipping to all edges & corners, particularly the spine -- plus penciled price at the right front inside cover -- plus a vertical sun-bar along the rear spine edge -- plus 3/16" wear (with exposed spine fraying) at the top spine edge -- plus scratches, folds, indentations, browning pages, lesser tears, rub-wear, soiling etc -- spine leans heavily to the right, with 1 top to bottom crease + partials, plus publisher glue bubbles -- overall condition only FAIR
