This is an OEM fog light new pair (you are getting 2 pieces) with ballast/bulb and bracket.  

This is an upgrade from the normal halogen base non-LED fog lights to the upgraded super white brighter LED version. 
 

YOU ARE GETTING A PAIR. You must already have fog lights now OR you need to buy aftermarket wiring and switch for the base non-LED to make these work. 

New OEM lamp set - never installed.  IF you have fog lights now, they plug and play - literally.  NO cutting, drilling, etc.
