Probably from 1951 based on magazines with 1951 dates on a page in brochure and the form number has 151 as a part of it. The president of Lennox mentioned started in 1949 and was there throughout the 1950s. Size is 14" x 11" and is 46 pages not counting front and back covers. See photos.
