This ring is gorgeous! The large oval 10mm x 8mm center amethyst is premium, clear gemstone (weighing 2.46 ctw all on its own). It is a medium purple color amethyst. It is set in a halo of sleeping beauty turquoise that have been set on a diagonal. Then the ring is further surrounded by sparkling natural white zircon (not to be confused with lab cubic zirconia), which also travels down the split shank. I have one of my own, and I love, love it! I get so many compliments whenever I wear it! (And I paid much more for it than I am asking for this one!) The combination of purple and turquoise blue is striking! The ring is very well made and is made in a size 6. It is stamped 925 and signed.
