J. Rogers Company Silver Co Quadruple Blue Thumb Print Sugar Bowl USA - Vintage.  This is an extremely rare piece.  The bowl measures approximately 4.75" in diameter and 2.75" tall and has a thumbprint/bubble design in the glass.  The Silver stand stands approximately 8.75" tall with the bowl inserted.  It is approximately 8.5" wide from handle to handle and 6.25" wide from side to side.  Each "foot" has a pelican like bird in the design.  

Excellent Preowned Condition - The Blue Bowl insert does have a few tiny flea bites on its rim as noted in pictures.  The bites cannot be seen with the lid on.  It is a beautiful piece of artistry.  See photos for a better idea of condition. It will require cleaning as it will tarnish over time.  There are not any spoons included with this piece.
