For smaller rooms, use a rug size that allows all furniture to be positioned off the rug or with only the front legs on the rug. | BEDROOMFor a coordinated look, you’ll want a large rug that frames your bed and night stands. Consider the size of your bed(s) and aim for 18 inches of rug to step onto on both sides of any bed. We offer free shipping to all 50 states including Puerto Rico and ship within 3 business days, usually sooner. Shipping times to Contiguous U.S. vary from 1-4 business days depending on your location. Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico vary from 5-9 business days depending on the destination, however certain restrictions may apply. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
For shipping outside of the USA, we only use International Shipping. The item is shipped to KY and then sent to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Continue to check out in order to calculate costs for shipping the item to your country. Messages regarding International Shipping MUST be directed at EXCLUSIVELY.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution. No returns are available on items shipped outside of the USA.
