Italian Oregano is a very fragrant flowering perennial herb which displays red-flushed, green leaves through the summer months. Plants display clusters of pink flowers, above it's many 1- & 1/2-inch leaves. The blooms attract bees, butterflies, bumblebees and hummingbirds. Mature height is 12 to 18". Perennial if winter temperatures aren't too cold. Italian oregano grows fast and will establish a deep root system in its initial year of growth.
