This listing is for a BRAND NEW with tags, pair of women's size XL Slim Crop Stretch pull on pants by HILARY RADLEY.

The pants are black and are made of 76% Rayon, 20% nylon and 4% Spandex.

They are a mid rise slim style with a tummy control panel built in.

The inseam is 27 inches, the waist measures 38 inches unstretched and up to 44 inches when fully stretched and the rise is 11 1/2 inches.
