The guarantee does not cover root stress or soil spillage. We are not liable for shipping cost, shipping damage, cold damage, late or lost packages. Your package is insured and you will need to file a claim with USPS. The guarantee also does not cover the plant after 3 days in the customers possession. Plants are living organisms and we cannot be held responsible for the condition after the 3 days have passed. After 3 days, we can only offer professional advice

It is recommended to purchase a 72 hour heat pack if you are experiencing cold weather. We offer these in our store. Please determine if you need a heat pack. If no heat pack is purchased and WE are experiencing cold weather, your plant will be marked as shipped and will be shipped once cold has passed

You will receive 1 rooted plug. It needs to be planted in a 4" to 6" pot. It must fully root out to the pot before it's ready for the ground
