The size of the sheet measures 3" x 2.5".  It features 6 stockers / tattoos in happy birthday balloon hot air balloon theme.  I dont really detect a scent just sniffing them, I don't want to rub them or scratch them and risk damaging them.  I've heard they release scent once removed from the backing.
