Pre-owned - All pages in tact - A little "well used" looking - A few pages  at the top look like the publisher did not get the pages cut correctly because there is extra paper at the top on a few pages (See last pic) this does not effect anything on those pages what-so-ever - See all pics for a better idea to the condition.  There was some extra paperwork stuff inside the book that I am just going to keep inside the book for the next owner.
