For your consideration, here is a Lot of 15 Packs of Pentel HB Super 0.7 Hi-Polymer Leads for Mechanical Pencils, made in Japan.  It has printed 30 count on the packages, but I have not actually counted out the leads.  They all look full.  There are actually the contents of 16 packs.  I doubled up one pack.  The packs have a little wear on them.
