Tested and working. The game loaded up and I was able to watch the video but you seem to need an ubisoft account to play, I do not have one so could not test the game further. The disc shows fingerprints and surface marks. No book, no artwork. The case shows typical shelf wear and may also have scuffs, scratches, dings and/or knicks that are hard to see in the photos. The items pictured are the actual items you will receive. Any download/digital codes cannot be verified and are therefore assumed to have been previously used.
