The GE Model U28C was

made from Feb 1966 to 

November of 1966. Only 71

locomotives were made and 

an additional 10 U28CG models

were made for passenger trains.

UPRR only purchased 10 of these

models (Unit Numbers 2800-2909).

Unit number 2804 pictured on the

front of the wallet card is on display

at the National Museum of Transportation

in St. Louis Missouri with the tail shroud

removed to show the inner workings.

display in the museum in St. Louis MO.
