This is an all-original vintage War Ration Wallet from World War II with pages of unused ration stamps.  It was made for the St. Clair Deposit Bank of Pittsburgh and has the names of two different people inside (not sure what that means) but their addresses are the same so maybe that is how it was done back then.  The original tassel is still intact and there is a bit of discoloring on the front and back covers as shown in photos. The book measures 6-1/2" x 5".
