This charming antique Limoges child's dish is a delightful addition to any collection. The round porcelain dish features hand-painted figures of children and a dog, making it a perfect theme for children's dishes. The multicolor design adds a touch of whimsy to any table setting. Based on the backstamps on this dish, it was made by the Count Thun Porcelain Factory (Chateau China) in Czechoslovakia and was then decorated by Union Ceramique (U.C. Limoges) in Limoges, France.  These marks were used between 1920-1930.  The dish measures 6-3/4" diameter at the rim, 7-1/2" diameter at the base, and about 1-1/2" deep.  It could also be used as a pet dish as well.  Excellent condition with no chips or hairlines or cracks and just a week bit of wear to the black trim around the top.  It's a lovely dish!
