This is a great vintage brochure from the 1939-1940 New York World's Fair advertising The General Electric Building.  Inside it shows many of the current benefits the company is offering for modern living.  The General Electric Building is made up of three main sections:  Steinmetz Hall, the "House of Magic", and the main exhibit area.  It's a great glimpse into the past!  Overall it is in very good condition with only two very minor splits on the edge folds as shown in photos.  Folded it measures 8-5/8" x almost 4-1/4".
