Why does my charging current not reach the advertised 40A?
1. Please confirm whether your home circuit is LEVEL 2.
2. Please make sure that the charger is set to 40A.
3. Some cars will automatically reduce the load when the door is unlocked to protect the safety of people.
Return Policy
